The Faculty of Physical Sciences, in the School of Engineering and Natural Sciences at the University of Iceland, seeks applicants to fill a tenure-track position of assistant professor in the area of mathematical analysis. Candidates should be active in research in some field of mathematical analysis, pure or applied, e.g. real analysis, complex analysis, functional analysis, PDE's, Fourier analysis.

The Faculty for Mathematics and Computer Science of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität, Muenster, Germany, invites applicants for a

W2-Professorship (f/m) for Biomedical Computing and/or Biomedical Modeling

at the Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics to be filled for a period of 5 years.
