Postdoctoral Position in Dynamical Systems
In the context of the FCT project Stability of Nonautonomous Dynamical Systems, we invite applications to 1 postdoctoral position for research in mathematics to be held at the Center for Mathematical Analysis, Geometry and Dynamical Systems of Instituto Superior Técnico.
The position is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 8 months upon mutual agreement. The salary is 1495 euro per month and there are no teaching duties associated with the position.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Mathematics and should show a strong research record or strong research promise within the area of the project. The selected candidate is expected to work with Prof. Claudia Valls and Prof. Luis Barreira, and will be able to take up the position from September 1, 2012 to January 1, 2013.
