The sixth edition of the International Summer School on Geometry, Mechanics, and Control will be held in La Cristalera (Madrid, Spain) and will take place on June 22-26, 2012 (http://gmcnetwork.org/?q=activity-detaill/665 )
The school is oriented to young researchers, Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows in Mathematics, Physics and Engineering. It is intended to present an up-to-date view of some fundamental issues in topics around three axes: Geometry, Mechanics and Control. Relationships between them will be clearly presented. SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships for PhD and advanced undergraduate students will be provided by the organizers in order to partially cover the travel and/or lodging expenses. If you want to apply for a scholarship, please send your CV (and grade certificate in case you are an undergraduate student) to gmcnet@ull.es, not later than April 30, 2012.

The standard registration fee for participants is 200 Euros.
The fee for students, postdocs and retired scientists is 100 Euros.
The registration fee includes: conference materials and coffee breaks.
LODGING RESERVATION
A limited number of rooms at the Cristalera have been reserved by the organization. The price of the room is 73 Euros (with breakfast, lunch and dinner). Therefore we ask you to make the reservation as soon as possible (not later than May 15, 2012)
