At the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, there is a vacant postdoctoral fellowship for 2 years. The position is part of the project “Geometry and Analysis of Complex Shapes and Applications to Mathematical Physics” financed by the Norwegian Research Council.
The research area is related to the project and includes Complex and Harmonic Analysis with applications to Signal Analysis. The Department of Mathematical Sciences conducts research on a high international level within these disciplines. Part of the research may be done in cooperation with other departments within NTNU as well as in cooperation with industry and external research institutions.
The applicants have to hold a PhD-degree within the research area of the project or have reached an equivalent level of education and research before being employed as a post.doc.-fellow. The application must contain a short project description.
