ICERM invites applications for four one-semester non-renewable Postdoctoral Fellowships to commence in February 2015. These positions are intended for mathematical scientists at an early career stage who would like to participate in the spring 2015 semester long program at ICERM: Phase Transitions and Emergent Properties.

Spring Postdoctoral Fellows receive a one-semester stipend of $25,000, and a travel allowance of $750 for the semester.

Eligibility for all ICERM Postdoctoral positions: Applicants must have completed their Ph.D. within three years of the start of the appointment. Documentation of completion of all requirements for a doctoral degree in mathematics or a related area by the start of the appointment is required. For full consideration, applicants must submit a curriculum vitae (including publication list), an AMS Standard Cover Sheet, three letters of recommendation, and a research statement by January 13, 2014.

The research statement must clearly indicate which semester program applicants wish to participate in and how their research interests relate to the scientific goals of the selected program.
