The Faculty of Science of the University of Zurich invites applications for an

Assistant Professor in Mathematics
(non-tenure track)

in any field of Pure Mathematics, to commence on August 1, 2010 or later. The new professor is expected to build up and lead a successful research group, contribute to the master and graduate programs in mathematics and to undergraduate teaching. Applicants are expected to be internationally recognized scientists with strong research records. The position is awarded for three years, and can be renewed for another three years.
