The Department of Pure Mathematics at Ecole Polytechnique invites applications for a position at the Full Professor level.
Ecole Polytechnique is one of the leading Grandes Ecoles in France, and its Department of Pure Mathematics is among the
top-rated mathematics departments in France, located in Palaiseau, near the Orsay campus and Bures-sur-Yvette Institut
des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques (IHES).
Applicants are expected to be outstanding mathematicians of international stature,who will do their research in the Centre
de Mathématiques Laurent Schwartz (CMLS).
This position includes financial support for inviting foreign researchers to CMLS for up to 3 months per year.
