Short description of the event:

The conference is devoted to symmetric spaces and their generalisations such as spherical varieties, Vinberg's \theta-groups, Gelfand pairs.

Arrival day is Monday June 14, 2010. The conference will start on Tuesday, June 15, and continue until lunchtime on Friday June 18, 2010.
Accomodation is provided by Grand Hotel Bellavista, where the meeting will be held.
