Pedagogic proficiency will be assessed as carefully as scientific proficiency. In examining the scientific proficiency, special emphasis will be given to the field of mathematical analysis, especially to the theory of partial differential equations. In examining the pedagogic proficiency, skills and experience in the planning, execution and evaluation of teaching, as well as supervision and examination will be considered.
